Born June 6th,1979 in Aviles, Asturias Spain, it is from here where his art career began. For the past ten years he has been living in Bali, Indonesia. 

Here he continues his exploration of new artistic narratives through mixed media.

After completing his studies in Fine arts , he worked for ten years in advertising and television with renowned companies as Mediapro, Zeppelin , Bainet and Globomedia strengthening his understanding of the commercial arts. 

Concurrently, during this period, Cesar began to explore new artistic narratives, creating a series of work and exhibitions based upon the elements surrounding him.
